Ways to incorporate an increment indicator into a JavaScript slider

I am currently using the Angular-Slider created by Prajwalkman, which you can find at THIS LINK.

Nevertheless, I am in need of adding indicators with specific values. To illustrate this, I have prepared a proof of concept that can be viewed below. Ideally, these indicator values should be sourced from an array within the scope.
