Issue encountered while trying to load gltf file using GLTFLoader: RangeError - The typed array length specified is invalid: 4

My code can successfully load almost 100 GLTF files without any problems. However, there is one file that consistently triggers this error message:

"RangeError: Invalid typed array length: 4"

Do you have any insight into what might be causing this issue and how it can be resolved?

Answer №1

This issue is probably indicating that the file you're trying to open is not valid; you can confirm this by checking it on . If this is the case, I suggest submitting a bug report to the software that generated the file.

The Babylon.js sandbox is an incredibly handy tool.

Check it out here!

This platform allows you to easily upload your models for error-checking purposes. Unlike some other tools like the one provided by Khronos, the Babylon.js sandbox can detect issues such as incorrectly formatted URLs when renaming .bin files.
