"Encountering a problem with ThreeJs graphics rendering

I recently developed an application using ThreeJs, but I encountered a strange issue. After rendering the 3D graphics, the window appears blank. However, when I click on full screen or adjust the window size, the output becomes visible.

Check out Screen shot 1 for the issue:

And here is Screen shot 2 showing the desired output:

This problem arose after updating from version r57 to r69 of ThreeJs.

Answer №1

It is difficult to determine without examining your code, but it is probable that you will need to invoke your onResize function manually in order to initialize the scene/canvas properly.

Answer №2

Here is a code snippet that could assist you based on the details provided. Include the windowresize() function in your script.

    window.addEventListener('resize', onWindowResize, false);
        function onWindowResize() {
              renderer.setSize(container.offsetWidth, window.innerHeight);
              _camera.aspect = container.offsetWidth / window.innerHeight;
              _camera.updateProjectionMatrix();
