Why are there red squiggly lines appearing on properly written JavaScript code in Visual Studio Code?

Recently, I've been encountering a frustrating issue with irritating red squiggly lines appearing under my import statement. Despite the fact that the code functions perfectly and everything operates as anticipated, these lines continue to bother me. The path specified in the require statement is accurate, leading directly to the appropriate file located in '.. > controllers > UserController'. I meticulously verified it for any errors or typos, yet the squiggly lines persist. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any suggestions on how to resolve it or simply eliminate these distracting lines would be greatly appreciated!

Another issue within your codebase involves the utilization of a duplicate file with incorrect casing. The absence of an error initially stems from operating on a case-insensitive filesystem.

To rectify this, search for all occurrences of userController.

Everything is all set now. I did a quick search for "customerService" in the Windows search bar and found a file called "customerService". Strangely enough, when I opened the file, it was actually referencing "CustomerService". After deleting that file and creating a new one with the correct name, the annoying red squiggly lines disappeared.
