What strategies do you use for overseeing three.js libraries?

Does anyone know of a package manager for three.js extras? I'm looking for an easier way to include files like FlyControls or EffectComposer without having to download them individually from their source in the examples. It would be great if there was a tool like bower that could fetch these files with just one command.
