What is the best way to experiment with angular-ui-tinymce within a tabset using Plunker?

I am currently experimenting with angular-ui-tinymce by incorporating it into a Plunkr. Can anyone assist me in integrating the necessary files for angular-ui-tinymce into the Plunkr so that I can showcase its functionality?

Currently, I have this Plunker set up to demonstrate tabs:

I have been unsuccessful in locating any Plunker demos featuring angular-ui-tinymce and would greatly appreciate assistance on how to incorporate it into the existing setup.

Answer №1

It seems like the issue at hand is due to not including the correct JS files in this setup.

A crucial point to note is that the Angular UI Bootstrap JS file does not contain the ui-tinymce module. To address this, the initial step would be to remove the Angular JS Bootstrap module and instead include the ui-tinymce JS file, which can be found on Github.

Furthermore, the angular-tinymce module relies on the original core tinymce.js file as a dependency. Therefore, it is necessary to incorporate this js file as well.

I took the liberty of forking your Plunkr and resolving these issues. You can review the code changes by following this link: http://plnkr.co/edit/6OpbZM?p=preview

(An obstacle arose when attempting to directly fetch the script file from Github in Plunkr; hence, I included ui-tinymce.js as a local file)

Answer №2

It appears that there are a few files missing from your setup.

  1. The TinyMce Script itself
    <script src="http://tinymce.cachefly.net/4.0/tinymce.min.js"></script>
  2. The Angular-ui tinymce directive
  3. adding the directive to your app
    var myApp = angular.module('MyApp', ['ui.tinymce'])

You can find the solution in this link.
