for positioning. It is essential to include tether.min.js

The element I was trying to add a tooltip to was being cloned by the library.
Because the element was being cloned, its events were being removed.
This was the reason why the tooltip was not appearing.
I allowed the library to clone the element, then added the tooltip, and it worked perfectly.
