Currently working on integrating handlebars as a view engine. I am looking to have multiple instances of Handlebars in order to cater to different users with different helpers/partials. Can someone kindly share an example or guide me on how to achieve this? Your help is much appreciated, thank you in advance :)
According to the Handlebars.create() documentation:
When you use
Handlebars.create(), it creates a separate Handlebars environment.var OtherHandlebars = Handlebars.create();Each environment has its own set of helpers and partials, which can be useful in specific scenarios that require unique functionalities. However, for most cases, using the main Handlebars environment is sufficient.
Templates created within a particular environment are tied to that environment. This means that if a template needs to work across multiple environments, it must be recompiled or recreated using
Handlebars.templatefor each one. The same applies to partials.
