three.js: PerspectiveCamera: turn off zoom ability

Is there a way to prevent zooming with the mousewheel?

I have checked the camera API here:

Despite my efforts, I couldn't find a solution through Google searches. It seems like the only option may be to examine the source code.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to disable zooming? Thank you in advance!

Answer №1

PerspectiveCamera does not have built-in zoom functionality with the mouse wheel. It seems like you may be working off of a sample code that has added this feature.
