Showing directional indicators in the VTK.js framework

I'm trying to create arrows in the VTK.js library and adjust their sizes based on a known value for mapping stress fields on finite elements. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a function within the current library that does this. Any input or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
