Is there a way for me to access my requestHeaders within the onload function? Any guidance on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks!

To retrieve the cookies in JavaScript, you can use the document.cookie method:
allCookies = document.cookie;
The variable
allCookies
will store a string with all cookie data separated by semicolons (e.g.,key=value
pairs)
Essentially, cookies are automatically handled in a browser setting. This implies that any cookies established by the server will be visible on the client side (even when using XHR) and will be transmitted to the server with each subsequent request (even when using XHR) - without the need for any manual action.
If there is a requirement to access the cookie directly, as Marcel pointed out, you can simply utilize document.cookie
at the appropriate time after the completion of the XHR request.
