Module not found error: Immutable-ext module is missing

After installing Immutable-ext:

const { List } = require("immutable-ext");

const one = ["one", "two", "three"];
const two = ["one", "four", "five"];

An error is returned stating:

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Answer №1

immutable-ext requires immutable as a peer dependency, which means you will need to manually install immutable.

To learn more about peer dependencies, visit :

NOTE: Starting from npm version 3, peerDependencies must be explicitly installed and will no longer be automatically resolved if not explicitly depended upon higher in the tree. A warning will be displayed if a peerDependency is missing.
