Javascript/AJAX functions properly on the homepage, but encounters issues on other pages

For a client, I have recently created 4 websites using Wordpress. Each site includes a sidebar with a script that utilizes the Google Maps API to estimate taxi fares. Strangely, the script works perfectly on the home page of each site, but fails to function on any secondary pages. What could be causing this issue? One example site is . Feel free to test the calculator on the home page and then try it on any other page. I'm at a loss here. Jake B

It seems like one potential issue could be with the variable name discrepancy between pickUp and pickUP in the function book2(). By ensuring that the variable names match exactly, you may be able to address this problem. Once you make this adjustment, you can then troubleshoot any remaining issues accordingly.
