Is there a way to automatically adjust the size of a 'Pan' popup to fit the View in the ArcGIS JavaScript API?

Has anyone else experienced popups being cut off or out of view in an ArcGIS JSAPI build version 4.26x? I have tried using "view.popup.alignment" and "view.popup.dockEnabled" to control the popup location, but I'm looking for a solution where the view automatically shifts or pans to fit the entire popup within the map view.

I found some examples that demonstrate the shift I'm looking for:

Example 1

(This Mapbox example shows a similar feature)

Example 2

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Perhaps this isn't exactly what you had in mind, but a solution could be to center the map on the location where you clicked by utilizing the code snippet view.goTo(event.mapPoint);

For a live example, please refer to this CodePen demonstration.
