Is it possible to set up the material-ui datepicker to allow for the selection of dates spanning across multiple months without losing visibility of the current month?

Is it possible to choose dates within the same calendar week, regardless of whether they fall in different calendar months? For instance, selecting Friday from the previous month when the new month begins on a Saturday.

To illustrate my point, let's say you're reviewing July but need to pick one of the final days in June:

Upon conducting thorough research and analyzing the code, it has been determined that the current format is not supported. While considering submitting a pull request to the repository, I came across this particular statement in the documentation: here. As a result, I have opted against investing additional effort due to the following message:

⚠️ New features based on v0.18.x are currently of low priority and may not undergo review or integration. The emphasis is primarily on addressing bug fixes.

It's worth noting that Material-ui will be releasing a new version, v1.0.0, which includes an updated datepicker component. Perhaps integrating this new format as a configurable option would be beneficial for future use.
