Implementing a debounce function within a deep watcher in Vue.js2

Can someone help me figure out why the debounce function is not working when I use it in deep watch? I've noticed that it does work when used in watch without setting deep: true. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Answer №1

For instance, click here

  watch: {
    todos: {
      deep: true,
      handler: _.debounce(function(v) {

      },1000)
    }
  }
