Having trouble retrieving a customized header from the HTTP response

I've encountered an issue with my Node.js server where I set a custom header. I added the Access-Control-Expose-Headers to allow access from browsers, and it works fine in Chrome and Firefox. However, I'm getting an error in PhantomJS saying "Refused to get unsafe header." Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Answer №1

In order to bypass this issue, you must adjust the 'webSecurityEnabled' header to be set as 'false' in the options when loading a page with PhantomJs.

Take a look at the available options provided here https://github.com/nathanboktae/mocha-phantomjs#usage
