Generate text in a random spot effortlessly

After doing some research on various development platforms, I stumbled upon this JSFiddle that seems to have a solution for my requirements. The only thing missing is the ability to input a specific word (without user input) and automate the process at fixed intervals.

Appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

Is this what you're looking for?

window.setInterval(function() {
    var screenWidth = window.innerWidth;
    var screenHeight = window.innerHeight;
    var displayText = "predefined message";
    var element = document.createElement("span");
    element.textContent = displayText;
    element.style.position = "absolute";
    element.style.left = Math.round(Math.random() * screenWidth) + "px";
    element.style.top = Math.round(Math.random() * screenHeight) + "px";
    document.body.appendChild(element);
}, 1000);

See an example on jsfiddle.
