Encountering a "Karma error: resource not discovered" while examining an AngularJS application

I'm attempting to run my AngularJS application in Netbeans IDE, and I believe I've set up the files correctly. However, an error is appearing when I try to test it by right-clicking on my project and selecting Test:

Karma cannot start (incorrect Karma set?), review IDE log for details

Can someone assist me in identifying what is causing this issue? Your help is greatly appreciated!

The location of the karma.cmd file can be found in the following directory:

C:\MyProject\node_modules.bin
